History
We Organise Chaos came to life in 2017...
…when Clare and Tom were a couple of hard-working freelancers looking after site and operations management for live events.
We noticed that our complementary skills gave clients a more holistic solution to delivering event projects and that our values around clarity, training, growth and belonging separated us from the pack. So we formed a partnership, combining our knowledge, experience and desire to change the industry. We Organise Chaos was born!
Since then, We Organise Chaos has grown a team that delivers live experiences to over 275k attendees per year, looking after project management, site and infrastructure builds, operations, safety, crowd management and licensing in 12 countries across the world.
We have worked from the sandy plains of the Mojave Desert to the freezing shores of Iceland, delivering festivals, TV production, ceremonies and brand events.
Our values
Since the beginning, our development has always been guided by our values and intentions.
We strive for continued improvement in the industry and for our team.
We foster growth by creating education, learning, and development opportunities for the next generation of company owners.
We create free vocational training to assist in career development, and offer formal training budgets to our team.
We work as mentors and also sponsor organisations like The Network of Women in Events to develop formal mentoring programmes.
We teach in formal educational settings and provide industry insights through panels and live talks.
We are a Living Wage provider, paying fairly for all roles to ensure opportunities are open to all.
We work with organisations like A Greener Festival and Attitude is Everything demonstrate our dedication to ecological and human sustainability.
We believe in putting feedback at the front of the process and continually foster the pivotal values that drew us together from the start.

Awards
As advocates of life-long learning, we are qualified Level 7 (MSc degree) Crowd Managers, TechIOSH Safety Officers and CITB-certified Site Managers. We hold industry-related training ranging from safeguarding to mental health to PASMA. We have won a number of awards and have been nominated for three more in 2023 alone. We Organise Chaos are proud to be thought leaders in the event industry.
